Chat streaming

POST /v1/agents/:id/threads/:threadId/messages/streamreturns an AI SDK UIMessage stream (same protocol as the LeadReach app client).

Tool approval continue

When a tool needs approval, append an approval-responded part on the assistant message and POST again with the full messages array (mode continue). The private Playground tab demonstrates Approve / Deny.

Chat turns consume credits (see Costs on GET /v1/credits).
