    Failed requests return JSON { "error": "…" }with a matching HTTP status.

    • 401 Missing or invalid X-Api-Key
    • 402 Insufficient credits (see Costs on GET /v1/credits)
    • 404 Agent, lead, or campaign not in this workspace
    • 400 Validation or illegal campaign transition
    • 500 Unexpected server error (safe public message)
